Mother's joy

The water ran out while I was away, so the day started with me rigging up a pump in the burn. Then off to Glasgow airport to pick up Claire and Megan from Iceland.

To Braehead to meet Julie. She's staying nearby to visit Bill, who's in the Southern General recovering from a bike crash. Today they moved him from ICU to HDU, which is good news.

To Queen Street where we met Angus off the Oban train. He's now a seasoned, solo traveler.

Back home we swam in the pond. Went to Bill's chapel to do the dishes, clean the fridge and dispose of the leftover curry that had been sitting on the stove since the weekend. Icing sugared the bees. And finished with Mars Attacks!
