Banksia Pod with seeds Margaret River

In Spring/Summer this would be a beautiful bird and insect attracting gold and orange coloured flower. Come winter it has dried into a hairy pod with seeds.
Indigenous to Margaret River coastal bushland and named by Sir Joseph Banks.
