Mount Eden

When people think of New Zealand a few things come to mind. Sheep, Lord Of The Rings, Bungee and of course sheep again perhaps with some bad jokes on the side.
But this is all just a mask, as many people who haven't been to NZ truly have no idea how beautiful "Middle Earth" can be.
A simple outing to one of Auckland's more green leafy's suburbs left me to finally discover Mt Eden. This little green oasis tucked up just behind the City offers the best view in the house. You may also find the temptation to find your inner kid and roll down some of it's lush green pastures.
