Ice and Ice Baby

First Iceberg I have ever seen, he enormity of these floating hunks of ice is impressive, considering the bulk is below the surface. Just before I took this shot a huge portion of ice slipped off the side and crashed into the water. These bergs float slowly southwards at this time of year coming close to Newfoundland in the 'Iceberg corridor' of the Labrador Sea, breaking up into ice babies and growlers eventually melting back into the sea as the temperature increases.
