Cycling amid chill and mist

Yet another excellent cycling ride to the lake today. Again, through dirt roads and other experimental routes. We landed up in a field, which I'm sure would have been engulfed by the lake during heavy monsoons. Apparently, trespassers were to be "prosecuted" for entering it, but well, it didn't stop us.

Today morning was chilly, and as we were about to leave the city behind, the cold did affect the exposed parts of our fingers threatening to freeze them. But still it was a leisurely ride, made easier as I rode on Adda's fine cycle while LSP rode on mine. Lots of time to chat even while climbing up a few steep inclines.

A couple of kids we had met last time round recognized us and as we stopped, wanted a small trip on our cycles again. Though we didn''t shoot much as is the case on these rides, the light was just brilliant as it shone through the mist.

All wrapped up with a delicious heavy breakfast reminiscing tales of adventures gone by and dreaming of ones that are yet to come.
