Lead free beer

Gym this morning and had to pay for next years membership as well. Hard going but felt better for it.
Phone up and ordered my new bike today. Will be able to collect it a week on Friday so I'll have it for the Birmigham Sprint Triathlon on the Sunday.
Worked late tonight as J has gone to London. Stopped off to get a few bits of shopping on the way back. Decided to try some low alchol beer to try and keep the weight down. These were the only ones on offer in Sainburys. Will have to see. Tided a bit of the house and then sat down to watch the BRazil Germany game. Wow, I don't mnormally like football but that was a good game to watch. Tried the Erdinger beer and was pleasently supprived. Not bad at all.
