Holiday boy and dog

A busy day scheduled for packing, coffee with my pregnant friend and an hour of frantic work.

However, the car sounded a bit unhappy about starting for the school run, so plans were abandoned in favour of an emergency dash to the garage. Sure enough the battery was thinking about not working any more, which was interesting timing as we are about to holiday in remote sandy coves, many miles from the nearest mechanic.

So, a bit later than scheduled, and with a new battery, we arrived at nan's. Here are Harry and Hetta the dog, enjoying a snuggle in the garden. My glass of wine is on the table!
