Another beautiful day - a bit misty in the morning but clearing up by about 11. Some beautiful sunlight illuminating whateverkindofbushthisis covered in bees. Except the bees are too damned fast for my slow manual focus hands.

Lunch then out for a quick cycle on the road bike for the first time in many many months - up and over the hills of course just to add a bit of pain. I'd forgotten how nice it is to ride a road bike. I could just about catch TITP from the south side of the hill.

Dinner (the children didn't particularly warm to the sweet potato fries and mackerel warm salad that was, honestly, delicious!) then TdF and now watching Biffy on TITP. Royal Blood. Bloody hell. They're good, especially when you consider there are only two of them.
