Ythan Estuary Seal with Flipper in Mouth

Visited Ythan Estuary again today and spotted this beautiful seal on the opposite bank. Seemed to be scratching it's mouth with a flipper. At one point the whole front flipper went into the mouth. Never seen this behaviour before.
