Hambledon church

I had a very enjoyable day today with Anne and John - my first ever Blipmeet. We visited Hambledon which is a really photogenic village in Bucks. Film crews seem to love it as well and last time I visited they were shooting 'Endeavour (the Morse prequel) and today they were shooting a film with Sean Penn. We didn't see any action but it was interesting to see the set up. We chatted to a lovely old gent in his garden and he was saying that '101 Dalmations' and at least 2 episodes of 'Midsummer Murders' had also been filmed there.
This shot shows the hollyhocks which were in flower everywhere. I have never seen so many!
