If a piece of art is to get under your skin, then it's this one. A giant fish tank filled with jellyfish in a disused shop in Toxteth. Shuttered during the day, it can only be seen at night and it's just beautiful. The jellyfish float around the tank puffing and blowing, making shapes that are never the same twice over. It's mesmerising; like watching a coal fire. The piece is about community and sociability and it absolutely succeeds on that level. We spent about 15 minutes there and people came and went, walked up, drew up in taxis. The effect was the same for everyone. People talked and took photos and just watched. They communed.

Absolutely brilliant. One of the best things I've seen in a while.
