Day 2: Beijing

The likeness of Mao Zedong on Tiananmen is unmistakable even in this (failed) panning shot. Two observations:

1. Security in China is tight! There were bag checks at every attraction and metro station we went to.
2. It's nigh impossible to shoot a photo of any historical monument here without tourists being in the shot.
