Needless to say I had to look up the correct name!

Visited Burnby Hall today intending to blip the water lilies until I spotted this enormous white poppy. Well who can resist a poppy.

These tree poppies are quite temperamental to grow and don't like to be disturbed. They obviously liked this spot and provided a lovely show.
