Watching the empty streets

Again a night shot. This time not because of lack of time during the day, but because of the quite sad, rainy and grey weather. This statue is in the town of Hilversum, where we had dinner tonight after a birthday. Not entirely happy with the shot because it is unsharp; don't know why, I used a tripod and timer. Any thoughts/tips? Could it be the lens?

Didn't feel like re-doing my blip however, so I (and hence you) will have to cope with it... :-)
