Parkrun

Today I woke up and did my paperound

Me, Ryan, Anu, Will and my dad all did park run!

I got my 10 shirt and got a new pb of 18:14

Dad got 19:52 #proud

Played football for most of the afternoon with Jonney and Apurba etc...

Came home and the Cooks were round so I played football with Sam and he's improved so much

Watched Holland beat Brazil 3-0 in the 3rd place match

Had my allergic reaction to dry grass... Rashes all over and swelling :( nasty mosquito bite too
