The Rideau Canal Skateway

The worlds largest skating rink. So the sign says. It used to say longest but I think some one beat us on that. Still at 7.8 kilometers you certainly feel it in your legs when you've done the whole thing. Which I hasten to add I did not do today. I cheated and just walked down to take some pictures.

This did mean I missed looking at the bliptogether thing on the computer this afternoon, it's hard to spend the afternoon in front of the computer when you have a five year old. The blips are already coming in of the people who were there in Edinburgh and it looks like a great event.
