Lovely morning walk to a conference day in York

Stayed over at a friends, so lovely to catch up! Then sunny walk in to ripon and York St. John for AHP conference, interesting, informative and thought provoking. Didn't expect to be crying with laughter! Then home to see another friend , this time staying at mine!
