Obscura ......

Out for a planned long run this morning.... 10 miles or more. It was very humid, then my phone died! Figured it was the battery! Anyway George was doing a double back and reported Len had fallen! He hadn't half! Blood everywhere from head and legs! Go had the only phone which was dead, so George and I had to run 2 miles back to the car and I took Len to hospital, broken collarbone!!!!! Room the girls through to camera obscura which they enjoyed.
