Red Sky in morning.......

It really was a Shepherd's warning. We went up before sunrise to the Poolburn Dam. It is about an hour from where we are and quite high. Consequently there was frost, ice and perfect reflections in the dam. Then we had the most brilliant red sky I have seen for along time.
It is now 4pm and we have sleety showers and very cold. We are hoping for snow.
