Six parties in a row

Too many late nights. I woke up at Lois' and just couldn't face going to the kids' school garden party. In fact, every time Lois left me alone for a moment I fell asleep. I rallied in time to go to Catherine's second party.

6 of us had an early dinner then we went to a cocktail bar where patrons hook their phone up to the sound system and play their own music.

It was loud and lively. Kingsley was a bit worse for wear and required quite a bit of handling to get him home. I dipped out of the party at 2.30.
