Feeling Sick Again

Coughing and spluttering, sore heads and general sleepyness are setting in agian. There is very little inspiration when these things set in but cough nedicine and essential oils are available. These candles in the oil burner are hopefully keeping me healthy as the air is filled with Lavender to help me sleep. Off to work to assess a trailist tonight...
