Fire procedures.... that are wrong!

Just what I need in the middle of a busy weekend, a fire alarm. Not on my premesis but for the factory across the road. The call comes in from the Head baker on his day off, he tells me to call the company in charge or see if it can be sorted out in another way. Half an hour of looking for a switch, calling an engineer, finding out the building is fine but some drunk guy set off the alarm in the bar upstairs from the factory and best of all.... calling the wrong company because the details on this sign are wrong. Cue a call out charge for wasting everybodys time. On top of all that things weren't running as smoothly as I would have liked in my front of house.
