book & yestival

I'm pretty chuffed that two pieces of my artwork have been included in the 'inspired by independence' book produced by national collective and launched at yestival this week. I'm even more chuffed that one of the pieces is in pat kane's section because part of it was inspired by something he said. as it turns out - pat turned up to the launch and I got the chance to speak to him and give him one of the prints...he's a lovely guy.

we met up with yestival in edinburgh today, here for the next couple of nights. the airstream that's the venue for aye inspired lite is pretty cool and the whole event is pretty good. we saw the playwright kieran hurley and kid canaveral play who were great. beefy and john had a whole other great time to themselves...much nonsense and good fun.
