Ready to Roll

I loved the way these bales were laid out in two neat lines across the length of the field. Isn't it rather early for the crops to be brought in? I tend to associate it with early autumn!

Took a little drive out to a couple of garden centres to get some more plants for my pots. Not a huge choice now as I've left it rather late owing to health circumstances, but managed to buy some hanging baskets which I'll decant into the pots, so they should fill up nicely.

Drove home to a lovely parade of vintage cars coming in the opposite direction from the show at Glamis Castle. What a treat and at least they had a good dry day for their show. Hope you had a dry day too:-)
