To the Bathgate Hills

Lesley and I had been invited to a party at an old client of mine, who has a house and a large garden/couple of fields out in the hills between Linlithgow and Livingstone. So we decided to cycle out there, taking tent, sleeping bags etc. in our panniers. Our first wee go at touring cycling.

Lovely cycle, with late lunch and pint en route in Ratho. Wine on arrival. Break in the rain to pitch the tent. Booze, food and good company in plentiful supply. A bonfire to ensure that all the revellers would go away stinking. And a really good band that got everyone jiggling.
