Tunnel of Trees

Day 549 - the day we woke up to hot hot sunshine at the farm so the sensible thing to do was to pack up and head over to the grandrents country retreat.

I had no map, no working route finder app but managed to sniff the route out down windy lanes, some actual dirt tracks and the longest tunnel of trees we'd ever driven down. It was such a good tunnel of trees I had to stop half way and take a blip.

Grandrents home is very much looking and feeling that now, and the little dude loved the fact there is a kids bedroom and his own shelf for HIS toys, along with 3 more for the other grand kids.

Day was nicely ended with the big dude and his BBQ sea bass treats and cider. Although our days of stopping up are clearly history, we were asleep by 10pm.

On a Saturday too!
