The order has gone into Wickes

so soon the decking width will be extended 1.5 metres

that means the pergola will go where it was meant to go (it was only 10 cm out but that meant one leg wasn't supported properly)

So when the pergola is moved the slabs are coming up and an artificial lawn is going down

which leaves my perennial problem the neglected raised bed

this was abandoned ages ago because with the trees at either end nothing grows

so a sort of solution - strip of artificial grass and some screening and move the Ikea bench there (middle picture)

the ground however is so uneven the bench didn't work so the other furniture is there temporarily whilst I firm up the plan
