Whoop!

It has been a lovely weekend - not perfect but lovely all the same!

I have come down from the concert. I have had a few minutes of self doubt and reflection but got over that!

My niece is still in hospital :( x

We went for a Chinese today with some of the loveliest people in our lives.

Popped in other lovely friend - happy birthday! Then spoke to other lovely friend on phone.

Came home and chilled. A rarity.

Then I went for a run! I was supposed to do 28 minutes but I figured what is two minutes between friends and that's exactly what I did 30 minutes! This was my shadow on the walk back feeling very elated, very hot and generally happy.
