Baton relay

The Queen's baton relay for the Commonwealth Games came to Dunoon today, at almost the end of its journey. There were crowds out in the bright evening sunshine, and I got this shot across the seafront with my telephoto lens. The excitement about the games will really start to build up now: we have tickets to some events, so must really work out what we are doing and when!
