Gift #56 - Herby-K's Cajun Cookin'

On our way home now, we stopped for lunch at this quirky but authentic "hole in the wall" restaurant in Shreveport, Louisiana, famous for its Cajun and Creole food like Poboys, Crawfish Étouffée and "Shrimp Busters", which is what we chose. We were offered a shot of Tequila from one of the locals sitting at the long wooden table we shared. Quite an experience!
