We spent this afternoon at Lomond Shores watching the Extreme Stunt Team. Terry was like a dog with 2 tails whilst Murray had a very experienced approach to the whole affair informing us all of the names of the tricks, how to do them (as if....) and who held the records for them. I spent most of my time wondering how many of the overweight public around us would end up with Type 2 Diabetes- it's a physio thing!
