Musilac, day two

Back for more today but no VIP passes so slumming it in the mud with the rest. Suffering slightly from a very late night previously but my neck holding out well considering yesterday's moshing!
Two years ago here we met a French band called Skip the Use backstage after their set, which we had loved, despite never hearing anything of theirs before. They were starting to hit the big time but were quite far down the line up. I had a long (and somewhat boozy!) conversation with the guitarist and we arranged to rendezvous next time here at Musilac, which has become a standing joke with my sister and brother in law. As they were back this year, further up the bill as I had predicted, my sis and b-i-l were insistent I came over. However, we didn't have backstage passes for tonight so I will never know if he kept our date! Bummer! We had to content ourselves with being part of a more than enthusiastic crowd and they were awesome. An amazing live experience.

A more sedate evening than the night before, especially since we had to queue for the toilets this time so we decided not to drink much beer! We were reminiscing fondly on the VIP experience, could easily get used to it!
