Kick those tyres!

Here we are testing out our 'Super Jeep' transport for the next few days. We are to drive the rough highland roads down from Akureyri to Askja, then down to the edge of the Vatnajökull ice cap and back. This monster truck will have to cope with the dirt roads, deep fords, wading through snow (of which there is plenty) and deserts of ash and cinder.
