Dalatangi lighthouse - Iceland eastern fjords

Along the long and sometimes precipitous dirt road from our cabin in Mjóifjorður and round the eastern point facing out into the Atlantic are two lighthouses. One is modern and painted bright orange, still functional and complete with fog horn. The other is this splendid original 1895 lighthouse that was working up until 1917.
