Mount St. Helens

A delightful hike on my own. It was predicted to be hot, but thunderstorms threatened all day. This is from Observation Peak in the Trapper Creek wilderness, in Washington, for those close at hand. For those from far away, this mountain had a perfectly conical top until it exploded in 1980.
