Peaceful beauty

I had my pick of photos today. Somehow each one I looked at, both through the view finder and on the computer, was beautiful in its own way.

I chose this one with its delicate beauty, fragile and yet hanging on in there. It is just how I feel myself today after a not very good night's sleep and then a cat among the pigeons today with some potential big changes.

I realised that I was gifted this peaceful moment early this morning for a reason; to give me the energy I needed to get through today.

It reminded me how blessed I am to live where I do right now.
