Dwarf Asparagus Fern
These are evergreen dwarf variety of 15cm in height and grows in clumps. Apparently they flower is spring with little white flowers; not seen them as yet in our garden.
Unlike the larger cousin variety which grows to a metre plus height and considers as a weed in many councils.

These plants bare little red berries and when ingested is toxic to rabbits and small animals when ingested. Why rabbits? Cos they like to breed among the bushes.
Ingesting the berries can cause stomach upset in humans. Ref:botanical guides.com
