A light at the end of the tunnel

Well, that might be a bit too optimistic in thinking that I read almost finished. ... but the boxes are steadily being unpacked, the kids went back to school today and I am just about organised to quit the old house. I have to bring over a box of jars of olives that have been maturing nicely for the last 8 months. They might be a bit too salty though. Any ideas?
