Flodden Field

We took a drive to see Flodden Field. The last place where a reigning monarch met his death on a battlefield. Also the battle went so badly wrong the Scottish army also lost 10,000 men, the next time so many were killed was during WW1! Also took the time to visit Etal Castle and Heatherslaw Railway, which incidently was shut!
