Danger Danger
I made it down to Cardiff today after last Wednesday's aborted attempt but forgot to take my camera. So instead of breathtaking 'above the clouds' images, stunning vistas of Cardiff or the life affirming views of Edinburgh on a crystal clear night as you come in to land, you get one of my reserve blips - Nali Sauce.
We brought this back after our summer expedition to Malawi to visit friends. It's the Malawian equivalent of tomato ketchup but comes with a serious health warning - it's hot. And by hot, I mean HOT. It's not a 'mmm, that's pleasantly warming' experience rather 'arrghhh, that's burnt my face off and I can feel it boring through my stomach lining as we speak'.
One of our friends has Jamaican blood and loves her chillies. This crippled her and kept her awake all night with stomach pain. You have been warned.
