Wedding cake

So today I finalised the wedding cake - it became a four-tier adaptation of the red velvet cake. I did not use any colouring for the base batter, but coloured the cream cheese pink that was used as a filling.

Today was also the name day of my mother Elli, so we had a glass of champagne to celebrate the occasion in between busy wedding preparations.
