Prickles

Thistles, thistles everywhere!
These seem to have popped up over night! Went for my usual meander with Lola this morning wearing shorts ....... Let's just say, I will not be doing that again on this particular route.
National emblem of my mother country so a huge soft spot and loads of admiration for the "trusty prickly thistle":-D
