Happy Peanut Butter Day!

Last night, I discovered something interesting. ( Sorry for those who already know about this lol). Well, I do know that there is 'Pie' day, Nutella Day, and 'such-n-such food' day. The only thing that I didn't know is that everyday of 365 days is 'something' food day. I found it funny but very interesting. I have no idea how people came up with this and no idea whether it's 'official' or not. Anyhow, it's still AWESOME!

Then, I came up with an idea...why not just cook, eat, bake, buy, or whatever for 365 days according to the list of national (American based) 'food' days and post the photos everyday in here! I bet someone probably have done something like this out there.

Well, Today is National Peanut Butter Day. So, I made a stack of peanut butter & banana sandwich. My stack of P&B fall down, but I kept taking the photos..it turned out pretty nice...so I picked this one.

Not sure whether I can do 365 days, but definitely keep this idea in mind..maybe I can start in January 1, 2011...but for now will try to incorporate this idea and maybe after I have achieved my cooking through a cookbook for winter season, I'll try this for a month or more...
