Wispy sky

It was a beautiful bright clear morning ahead of a fine mid summer day. When I glanced up as I left the house just before seven, this unusual sky commanded my attention. I don't know what caused such a dramatically wispy effect - high level winds maybe - but it was glorious while it lasted, for just a few minutes before it gradually dispersed.

Spent the rest of the day in front of the computer, on a writing race ahead of a bleary o'clock start to a day trip tomorrow.
