Day 551 - the day Ive been mostly frilled by coffee and Maoam sweets as was up before dawn.

No reason, couldn't sleep and after full on tossing and turning from 4am I gave up at the sun popped up. I'd had breakfast, watched another episode of True Detective (astounding stuff), caught up on chores and blip. All before 7.30am - normal waking up time!

Glad I was working from home to wait for a washing machine delivery, which I ended up plumbing in under telephone instructions from big dude cos the blokes wouldn't/ couldn't.

Now I know it's not exactly rocket science, but I'm very much of the inclination to get / pay a bloke to such things - it's not a girly thing, heaven forbid, but rather a lazy thing. However, I do reckon I could be a plumber now I've put a spigot in and loosened the cold water pipe and attached the hose (the blokes could do it - bah!).

The same principle goes with being a carpenter and assembling an Ikea special!
