Idyllic Oxfordshire

Back in the car for a stint to Oxfordshire to see Calum and the clan. Islip is a gorgeous village. Just what I imagined an oxfordshire village should be like. Beautiful houses, men in whites playing cricket on the green, a local pub, happy kids in the play park and friendly faces.

The wee CEO was enamoured by his hosts... Especially Flora, who he made loom bands with for ages. After being taught how to climb (and more) on the climbing frame... But then, when her sister read him his bed time story, his heart was hers! Fickle, the wee CEO...

Birthday celebrations, cake, wine and great chat. A proper day indeed. I could get used to this...
