Lie doon dug.

Busy day again. Brought a field of cows and calves in to wean. Shut cows in one shed & calves in another and let them roar for about a week. Once the cows have quietened down they go back to their field ready to calve. The weaned calves go to better grazing until October.
After lunch had the vet out to PD 25 cows that we weren't sure about. All in calf except 2.
Then off to check cattle away from home tonight.
By this time Patch was ready for a wee lie down- but still alert in case of any action
