Happiness, Happiness.

I am so very happy to be living in Scarborough.

I am SO very happy that the Marine Drive has been reopened in a Southerly direction after two long years as one way the other way.

And I am happy beyond words that I therefore quite often happen to be driving from North Bay to South Bay and am able to pull up briefly to savour a moment such as this one, and then to capture it and blip it.

Throughout the year there are days when the low tide is very low, as in this picture, and the high tides are very high. When the sea is calm it is just a beautiful view. When the wind is from the 'wrong' direction the high tides cause huge damage.
