Cornwall Day 7

Our lovely friends took us sailing today.

We left Mylor Yacht Harbour in overcast conditions and cruised up the Helford River where we moored up for lunch, the sun came out and it turned into a beautiful afternoon. On the way home we sailed past Daphne Du Maurier's 'Frenchman's Creek' which had very low water so didn't look quite like the romantic and exiting place I had always imagined it to be - being a great fan of Du Maurier's book, Rebecca being my favourite.

A super meal at the local pub to end a perfect day - Tired now ... !!
