Laughing circle

Lie on your backs in a circle with heads pointing into the middle. Remember someone who has a laugh that makes you laugh. Then, imitate that laugh out loud.

Continue to laugh out loud until you are really laughing....and when you can't laugh anymore, just rest, breathe, hold hands and enjoy.

Laughter is good medicine. It lowers stress and enhances energy, digestion and mood. It also boosts the immune system, speeds healing and reduces pain.

My lovely goddaughter Mia was dropped off by her dad early this morning, we walked Indy and Heidi to their LAST DAY of SCHOOL then went to Rusty Racquets for a tennis lesson, walked the dogs and collected the exuberant girls at midday with armfuls of artwork. We met 4 of India's friends, their mums and siblings for an all afternoon picnic. The children roamed around, had piggyback races, played rounders and chose some yoga cards to do from the box. They loved the laughing circle above.

At 4ish I dropped off Mia and we went to Janes for our usual Friday play and dinner. It was sunny so the water slide was out. Later on Jane nudged me to look out the kitchen window - India and Lottie were wedged side by side in a big cardboard box playing Top Trumps on the patio, such good friends.
